How To Create Your Citrix Profile & Customize

Once we have received your request email and have created your Personal & Private 3D HUB Folders, we will send you a confirmation email via Citrix.

Click on the access link in the email and you will be directed to the Citrix login page. (TIP - Bookmark this page)

Enter your email address and a password of your choice to create a Profile.

Once you have successfully created your profile you will land on the Folders section of your Dashboard.

You can use the navigation tabs on the left to edit and update your profile.

Your profile can be updated in terms of changing your password, email address for notifications.

It is important to update your notification settings to your personal preference. Ph-DDS 3D Club will not be held responsible if the setting is on "real-time" or "15 min" and your email inbox overflow with endless notifications as fellow members and the Management Team constantly update the various folders.

How To Download & Activate the Desktop/Mobile Sharefile App.

From your Citrix profile click on the Apps tab in the top right corner.

Select the respective application you want to download and use. Either the App For Windows or the Power Tool Desktop App.

For this example we are referring to the App For Windows, which is ideal for tablets.

Confirm your download of the respective file.

Run the .exe file from where you saved it on your device.

Accept the T&C of the App as requested.

You will be prompted once the app is installed successfully.

You can open the app either from the icon on your Desktop or from the Taskbar.

How To Open & Customize Your Sharefile App.

Open your App from your Desktop or Taskbar.

During the initial connection, you will be requested to link your application to the account and folders of the 3D HUB.

In this window enter the sub-domain name exactly like this…  3d-hub …then click Continue.

Enter your email address as well as your selected password. Then Sign In.

With the first time you open the App you will be guided through their Welcome slides.

On the App's landing page you can click on the top right corner [ ... ] to access the various options & Settings.

Under the settings you can customize if the App should "Launch on Startup" or if you need to Reset the App.

Lastly you can customize the letter of the "Drive" where the Sharefile folder is on your device.

All Done! Now you will be able to access your 3D HUB folders from either your Desktop with the Sharefile Icon or your Taskbar.
