How the Referral Incentive Program Works

Monthly Membership Subscriptions

3D HUB offers monthly membership subscriptions for the use of its mobile cloud-based 3D model/data sharing and storage solutions for both individuals as well as collaborating Teams within the CAD/BIM industry.

The various monthly membership subscription fees are as displayed on the “Join Us” page on the 3D HUB web site. 3D HUB reserves the right to change its pricing structure and the monthly membership subscriptions fees applicable to this agreement can be found on the Terms Of Use page.

Referral ID/URL

Each active Club Member has assigned to them a unique Referral ID after their successful registration. Their Referral ID is accessible only to them on their Profile page on 3D HUB’s membership platform.

As well as each active member also receives various landing pages with a unique Referral URL(s), which they can utilize to promote the 3D HUB’ services or the Club as a whole to other professionals within the CAD/BIM industry. Each landing page’s URL is tracked for each visitor/lead generated from their unique landing page’s URL.

Referral Incentives

Referral Incentives occurs when:

• The Referrer shares a 3D HUB Referral URL through e.g. email, Facebook, or any other communication means with another individual, the Referred;
• The Referred then register for a 3D HUB account when they arrive at the 3D HUB website’s landing page by opening the 3D HUB referral URL shared by the Referrer in a web browser;
• Alternatively, the referrer can share directly his or her Referral ID with the referred, who must enter this Referral ID during their registration process on the 3D HUB’s Join Us page; and
• When the Referred Club Member successfully registered the individual will gain access to 3D HUB Member only pages as well as the various 3D Packages and related 3D services;
• When the new Referred Club Member has paid their monthly membership subscription for either a one individual or a CAD Team account on the 3D HUB web site, only then the Referrer will receive a Referral Incentive Fee.

This Referral Incentive Program is thus solely based on the number of personal contacts or leads a Club Member refers through their Referral URL/ID to become active subscribers of the 3D HUB – henceforth referred to as Personally Referred Active Subscribers (PRAS).

No Referral Incentives will be paid if the visitor/lead to 3D HUB’ site cannot be tracked by the 3D HUB’ data system. For purposes of illustration only:

(i) if a visitor/lead comes to our site once from a Referral URL from landing-page-Y, but does not sign up and then later returns to our site from a URL from landing-page-Z, where they then sign up - all Referral Incentives will be paid to landing-page-Z’s Referrer;

(ii) if a visitor/lead comes to our site from landing-page-Y, but does not sign up and later returns directly to our site to sign up and enters Referral ID during their registration process, no Referral Incentives will be paid to any Referrer.

This Referral Incentive Program applies to all of 3D HUB’s available membership levels, with the exception of the Partnership Levels.

Referral Reward

Upon successful registration as a “Contact”, “Guest” or active monthly subscriber the new Club Member will receive access to 3D HUB’s exclusive 3D Model Sample Archive for direct download from MediaFire as a gesture to say thanks and welcome as a new Club Member.

Eligibility

To be eligible for participation in this Referral Incentive Program, both the Referrer and the Referred must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state, locality or jurisdiction in which the Club Member reside). The Referred Club Member must remain signed up for 3D HUB’ services for at least 3+ days in order for the Referrer to receive the Referral Incentive.

Reports

Each Referrer’s Profile page on 3D HUB’s membership platform offers a summary of their current Referral Incentive Program statuses and balances. Club Members also have a real-time “Live Report” of their current leads list via Google Sheets, which list in detail their current leads and Personally Referred Active Subscribers (PRAS) as well as a summary of their current incentives due. Lastly this report also reflects a detailed breakdown of all previous month’s payment sent via PayPal.

Conduct

Participants in the Program must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. 3D HUB prohibits all its Club Members from engaging in any form of unsolicited commercial emailing (commonly referred to as "spamming") or the sending of e-mails that are misleading, spoofed, contain misleading subject lines, contain inaccurate or misleading sender or recipient data, or violate applicable laws.

For the purposes of the 3D HUB’s definition, spamming also includes similar, abusive behavior in a third party "chat room", public forum or website. As well as the sending of any unsolicited or misleading Instant Messages, Chatroom, Newsgroup, ICQ or IRC messages. Such behavior could include automatically sending scripted text (and landing page URLs) disguised as "chat" or conversation into any third-party chat room or public forums.

Hence, any distribution of any Referral URL/ID that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the respective Club Member’s account and termination from 3D HUB Referral Incentive Program.

3D HUB Admin & Management Team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any Club Member from participating in any aspect of the Referral Incentive Program if 3D HUB deems or suspects that such Club Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:

a) acting in violation of these Program Terms and Conditions;

b) attempting to damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operations of the Membership platform or Site;

c) activity deemed in the sole discretion of 3D HUB to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Club and its services.

d) any direct or indirect abusive or offensive behavior towards fellow Club Members or Admin and Management Team members.

3D HUB Management shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Program Terms and Conditions or intent of these Program Terms and Conditions.

Referral Incentive Fees

Amount of Incentive Fee

The Referrer will receive by default 25% of the initial monthly membership subscription fee paid to 3D HUB by the Referred Club Member, for each individual user account created or a collaborating user account for the CAD Teams on the 3D HUB’s membership platform. This incentive fee is based on the Referrer’s monthly contribution and will continue for the consecutive months of the Referred Club Member’s active membership, renewal or Upgrade thereof.

To qualify for this default 25%, Club Members need to be a subscriber on one of 3D HUB’s Professional Levels (I-V). If a Club Member is subscribed as a Guest, Basic or Advanced Member their Referral Incentive percentage is limited for all their Personally Referred Active Subscribers (PRAS) as follow:

• Guests (Trial) – 3%
• Basic Level – 6.25%
• Advanced Level – 12.5%

Example: If the Referral’s monthly membership subscription fee paid is $192 per year, the monthly contribution is thus $192/12=$16 per month. Hence, the Referrer will receive ($192/12)x0.25=$4/m for the upcoming one year in Referral Incentive Fee from this respective Referral.

If the Referred Club Member renews or Upgrades their monthly subscription fee the Referrer will continue to receive their Referral Incentives Fee. There is no “cut-off” time period for referral incentives, unless the Referral’s account is suspended or “Lapsed” prior or after their next renewal date.

All Referral Incentive Fees are based on each member’ subscription status – both Referrer & Referral – on the 25th of each calendar month. Therefore any “Overdue” payments received or Upgrades after the 25th will only apply to the next calendar month’s commission pay-out.

Referral Incentive Program’s Ranks

All Club Members who recruited their first Referral are known as an “Intern”. Once a Club Member have referred more than 27 Personally Referred Active Subscribers (PRAS) their rank will be as one of 3D HUB’s “Affiliates” and their monthly Referral Incentives percentage will automatically increase from 25% to 28%, given their own subscription is on the 3D HUB's Professional (I-V) Levels.

If a referred Club Members is registered as a Guest member (Trial) only, their membership will not contribute towards a Referrer's PRAS, unless this Guest members upgrade their membership as a monthly paying subscriber. Since "Personally Referred Active Subscribers (PRAS)" only refer to those Club Members who contribute financially on a monthly basis.

As the number of PRAS continues to grow of an Affiliate, they will not only go higher up through the various ranks but their monthly Referral Incentives percentage will also increase accordingly.

Finally, Affiliates will reach the rank of an Ambassador. Consequently, their monthly Referral Incentives would have systematically increased to a total of 55% from all their PRAS.

Referral Incentive “Rubik” Bonus Pools

The “Rubik” cube concept is based on the principle of referring a total – or a cluster – of 27 Personally Referred Active Subscribers (PRAS). Each cluster of these 27 PRAS forms a 3D “Rubik” cube of (LxWxH) 3x3x3=27 PRAS.

The number of Rubik cubes each Club Member have, will determines if they qualify for the Bonus Rubik Pools (RP) and to which extent.

For example, Club Members with the rank of Business Affiliates – with 135+ PRAS – qualify for the first Rubik Pool (RP-I).

This bonus incentive itself is one of five, and consist of the total turnover of all active subscriber’s fees of the specific calendar month put together in a pool. Theoretically 2% of this amount is then placed in each one of these five bonus pools. This total in each bonus pool is then divided and paid out equally to all who qualify for this specific bonus pool.

Once a Club Member reach the level of Executive Affiliate – with 270+ PRAS – they will move out of Rubik Pool I up to the next and qualify for the other 2% bonus of Rubik Pool II (RP-II).

Club Members with the rank of Ambassador I – with 405+ PRAS – qualify for Rubik Pool III, and will move once again from RP-II to RP-III and earn their portion of this exclusive 2% Bonus Incentive.

However, those Club Members who have 810+ PRAS will receive an additional bonus of the separate Rubik Pool IV’s 2%, hence 4% (RP-III + RP-IV).

Finally, Club Members who reach 1,350+ PRAS will receive a total of 6%, since they will be included in three Rubik Pools (PR-III + RP-IV + RP-V).

Payment Conditions

3D HUB will pay the Referrer on or before the 28th of each calendar month, the total amount of referral fees due, based on the number of Personally Referred Active Subscribers (PRAS) on the 25th of the specific calendar month.

All Referral Incentive Fees are paid in US$ via PayPal. The Referrer must have a valid PayPal account to receive referral fees, as 3D HUB does not offer payment via check, credit card or cash. The 3D HUB Admin & Management Team cannot be held responsible if the information of the email address linked to PayPal is incorrect.

All Referral Incentive paid-out to those who qualify for it, is inclusive of Personal Income TAX. It is each Club Member’s own responsibility to adhere the their local authorizes regulars and pay their Personal Income Tax as they see fit based on the “Pay-as-you-earn” principle. Therefore, each Club Members’ Live Report reflect their TAX margin and TAX inclusive amount based on the country they reside in.

Referral Incentive Fees will only pay-out if the Club Member’s balance is more than the equivalent of their own monthly membership subscription fee. Hence, Basic Member’s incentive balance has to more than US$5. Both Advanced and Professional Member’s balance has to be more than US$10. If their balance is less than these listed amounts, the closing balance will roll over to the next calendar month, given their account status is “Active”.

The account of Club Members whose own monthly subscription fees are “Overdue” or “Lapsed”, will be debited of the full amount of Referral Incentive due to them. Their closing balance will thus be zero for the next calendar month and no Referral Incentives will roll-over to the next month, since it is each Club Member’s own responsibility to ensure their own account has an “Active” status.

Guest’s “Credits”

Guest Member’s Referral Incentives are not paid out, but rather accumulating as “credits” to the point where their monthly closing balance is sufficient to Upgrade their membership to a Basic Membership Level. Thereafter their Referral Incentive percentage will increase accordingly (6.25%) and pay-out via PayPal the next calendar month. 3D HUB’s Admin & Management Team will only debit the Guest’s account to the value of US$5 to cover the costs of the Basic Level Upgrade, once it is confirmed in writing by the respective Club Member.

Cancellations & Refunds

Accumulating “credits” will be forfeited if a Guest’s Member’s trial period is not renewed by the end of their first renewal date.

As soon as a new Club Member requests a refund on their membership fee within the required time frame window, no Referral Incentive will be paid out to the Referrer for this “Suspended” account.

If a new club Membership is cancelled and refunded after the 25th cut-off time and prior to the 28th pay-out emails are sent, the Referrer’s account will be debited the next calendar month to the value of the incentives paid out and refunded.

In the case where a Club Member’s account is “Overdue” or “Lapsed” by the 25th of the specific calendar month, their accumulated incentives will be forfeited. As well as current leads and active referrals will fall away under the specific Club Member’s Referral ID.

If a Club Member re-activates their subscription, a new Referral ID will be assigned to their account and will have to start their personal referring with the new Referral ID. Previous PRAS will not be transferred to their new Referral ID.

Liability

Binding Effects

By participating in this Referral Incentive Program, you agree to and are bound by this Program’s Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by this Program’s Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in any means or form.

Release

By participating in the Referral Incentive Program, Participants release 3D HUB’s Admin & Management Team, its parent company (PhDDS), subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising, and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Referral Incentive Program and/or the use of any Referral Incentive Program rewards.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold 3D HUB and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the participant of any of these Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by Participant of applicable law.

Final Terms

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Participants and 3D HUB concerning Participants’ use of the Referral Incentive Program. The failure of 3D HUB to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Program Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The terms and conditions applicable to Participants’ use of 3D HUB’ services can be found here.

Term

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your registration and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. Notice by e-mail, to your address on our records, is considered sufficient notice to terminate this Agreement.
